Nice rig!! [thumbsup]  [thumbsup]  Cow elk in Aridzona?

Welcome to the forum!
Did the Caddy motor and trans play nice and fit in the frame rails nice or was there a considerable amount of massaging going on?
How about some pictures of your setup? ;D

91 Caddie is mostly an aluminum engine. Heads are only a small cast iron wedge. (360 lbs.total).Only 200 hp but 275 lb?ft torque. Homemade crossmember to hold engine mounts. Homemade thick wall block hugger header, V6 700R4 fits the 4.9 since the caddie was originally sideways and uses the V6  60 degree bellhousing. Being a machinist mating the trooper T-case to the 700 and the homemade headers wasn't to bad. Jeep supplied the 1978 dana 30 amc 20 narrow axles, Rears have the lockout hubs and full floating axles,.Lockers front and rear. 2 inch body lift 5 inch spring, Only had to modify the floor hump to clear the trans.
