how I remove bad screws easy

I found a way that works well. I use a small butane torch to melt the factory glue off. Then if the screw is stripped I take a small cut off wheel and cut a slit across the top of the bolt and use a big flat head to screw her off.

Welding a nut to them has been the best method for me by far........finding a way to attach your clamp might mean getting creative..... :P

would any of these methods work for bolts? I have a couple that are rusted and stripped and there are 5 I do not feel like drilling.....

Yep.  I usually weld a nut to the end of a broken off bolt.  Between the heat from welding and being able to use a wrench on it, it usually comes right out.

I took all door bolts on both sides off last night by using a SHARP cold chisel on the edge and hitting it with a BFH around 3 to 4 wacks and it breaks loose. My impact driver would not touch them and actually broke the bit! The other tool my buddy has that works is the snap on 18V impact gun. It takes almost any rusty bolt or screw out with out breaking it.

It's the heat from grinding or drilling that makes them easier to remove.  They are held in with body seam sealer much like loctite.  Heating them melts the sealer and makes removing them a breeze with the appropriate phillips screwdriver.

This thing was somewhat expensive and I had my doubts when I bought it, but it works great!!  I wish I had know about this when I bought my Sammy a lot of frustration and un-needed work would have been avoided!!

Shake-N-Break !!!    NOTHING I HAVE  TRIED  HAS  WORKED BETTER

THIS  IS THE TRICK  TO  GETTING THE SCREWS OUT WITHOUT DAMAGE. :)

looks cool. No way I could use that with my air hammer. I would have dents every where. I am guessing you would have to turn the air pressure way down. A word of advise to those that use some thing like this. Be very careful where you use it. I had a friend use his air hammer to loosen a frees plug that was hard to get to. he drove it right through the cylinder. Customer ended up with a new motor.

A good pair of vise grips will amaze you. No heat, no impact, just take your time and dial in the grip on a good pair of vise grips and you are good. If that doesn't work I usually progress to cutting a flat spot with a cutoff tool/dremel/etc on either side and then repeat. Has not failed on any Sami phillips head yet.
