Installed tcase in ZOR mount. No pic of this but I added 3 inches to front of right side mounting bracket. This was so I could move tcase 2.5 inches back from stock location. Before was close to 2 inches back .so ended up moving an additional 5/8 of an inch.
Motor is moved back an additional 3/4 inch. All this to make room for p/s pulleys. Pics show where I slotted mounting holes for engine and trans to move back.
Yu can also see 1 od the tcase bolt holes is shiny. There was a broken bolt in this hole and I ended up having to drill and helicoil this hole.

You're working like a wildman!  How is the rear shaft angle gonna turn out?
all looks good by eye. Only about inch or inch and a half slipyoke inward movement left at static height. I think it will work because springs are purty close to flat.

I'm looking at doing something like this and then on to the radiator radiator hoses and power steering hoses

Hopefully something a little neater than that but square tube and angle braces looks very strong to me. It also puts 2 mounts on drivers side vs the 1 it has factory which I had to cut off.

Radiator room.  New crossmember pipe is out of the way

Welded these inserts into frame before welding on new crossmember/ bumper mount.
I wanted good connection to frame incase a winch is sometime hooked to the new crossmember.
Inserts tie it into pipe in frame and more of frame itself.
Crossmember fits inder radiator and will protect it.
I also plan to tie end of new crossmember to the old pipe ends to reinforce it.

Tcase moved back 2 1/2 inches. Added 3 inches to ZOR mount on front. Redrilled rear and made new driverside mounts.
Tcase shouldnt fall out now.
