HOW TO BUILD A SNORKEL

this Snorkel is very cheap to build, just need PVC tubes and some time, I have all the instruccions (link) but is on spanish, and Im so tired  to translate

Very Nice, is that PVC the down spout gutter material.. Dont think I have seen any rectangle material before so I am just guessing.

Some of you smart people out there , can you figure out how to make this snorkel work on a weber carb, with the little box filter on top.  I had a thought about taking a airbag and putting it around it with hose clamps and then running it into the same type of snorkel.  Any hints.

With the Weber Carb: Buy the stock filter adapter and build off that. Once the adapter is in place, I think it'll be pretty clear on where/how to fab the filter/box and snorkel. I'd draw a picture, but I don't have the means.
