To do a dig you need a disconnect from TT . The rear is always engaged .

Sorry, It won't work with a Tracker, the t-cases are different.

i did the set up on my tcase worked good but i tried to have it so i could bolt the shiters on and over drilled the links and snaped one after bolting on the sticks .. i think welding the stick to the links is the best idea  here  is my pic befire i added the sticks

finnaly found a shifter boot  to seal the t case  it works slick! all i did was slid it over the sticks got C- clip to hold it on and zip tied the shift rods !

i'll post pics with it on soon

Yes you can, sorta.  You have to use 2 shifters.  There are some how to's floating around that explain it.  search for x-factor of something like that.
