1.9 idi AAZ timing?

so no flywheel from the vw (timing on flywheel). I have a pulled engine that needs a timing belt and tensioner. looking to buy the tools needed as well if you would let me know the right direction? really don't want to pull the head if there's a better way?

I accepted the fate and bolted it back together without clocking the flywheel. maybe a simple head gasket change and timing belt next time.
