I just replied to a thread on the tech page about a guy that did a whole lot of cutting/trimming to get a metal SJ410 grill to work. Well there is an easier, more affordable way. I bought this grill insert for $20 at RoadlessGear.com, 1 of my favorite vendors. Not always the cheapest but no one ships faster and they answer the phone!  I also bolted the turn signals to the headlight buckets behind the grill and also used the factory "chicken wire" grill insert. I placed that behind the new grill insert for protection against small rocks and to keep bugs from clogging up my radiator. Im sorry I didnt post step by step photos but hey, its sooo simple. Just look at the grill and figure it out. It took me about 1/2 hour from start to fininsh.

I have always wanted to get a busted s grille and use the buckets around the headlights. I saw one on ebay a few years ago, looked extra hot.  8)
