fuel problem

My 90 Tracker hesitates and doesn't want to idle, 1 year old fuel pump. I got the capacitor kit and changed 2 leaky ones in the computer. All the other ones they sent me don't seem to match up. If I disconnect the fuel line and put a hose on it into a container it doesn't pump until I crank the engine. Is it the computer ? I tried all kinds of parts on the throttle body from a parts Tracker I have.

Check the grounding at the rear - I think it's in front of the driver's side taillamp.

Checked that, it's like new in there.

Just checked the FSM, and as far as I can tell, the only cause could be the ECM.

Yeah, I took it out again and sent it to that guy in Minnesota that refurbishes them.
