Was tired of hearing the LOUD flapping from the top al even 35mph so I got a small strap from the sporting goods store (actually it was left oner from something but I don't remember what) for tieing stuff up. Just cut it to length and sewed it in the center of the back between the other two straps. Once I put it on it was imediately aware of the quieter drive.
