door hinges

I am looking for a idea to make my door hinges like a jeep hinge so I can take my doors off without taking the hinge off. I live in wisconsin and the weather changes like crazy. It gets to be a pain in the butt any idea's!
 
I cut my hinges today and the first one I did it broke. The pin broke off an 1/8 th inch above the bottom of the hinge.  ??? ??? ??? ???

Its alot easier to cut the hinges when you take them off. But getting them off is another story. Also I think the top pin needs to be cut down a 1/4 of an inch, if not both of them.
 
Yeah I did one door with out taking the hinges off. The process sucked. But on the second door I took the door off it was ten times easier. But by far the best thing I have done to my Sammy was the door hinge mod.
