1985 Toyota to gm ignition

Hey guys I have done the Toyota to gm coil conversion and the truck starts and runs good but I have had a problem with it arcing outside the plug wires witch causes a miss. It also will start throwing fire when u turn the hot on to the module. Have any of u ran in to this kind of problem thanks
