Loved Max Headroom.

As our staff photographer, you take some pretty good pictures there, Bee. We had a great time, Nugget and me, and ended up staying eight days. Didn't wanna go home, but there's that work thing where they give me money for food and bad habits.

So, who all is coming besides me (and Nugget) and Bryan? I mean, that's only one person for me to embarrass myself in front of.

Sucks about the trail closures. I always look forward to the beauty of Dutch John trail and the chute is fun, too.

Thanks, guys. I do plan on having fun. Really enjoy it up here. It's very peaceful during the week. Also, it seems like the 2 hour drive goes by a little quicker each time I make the trip. Its a relative thing 'cause it still takes 2 hours. For no particular reason, here's a snapshot of setting...

Ok guys I'm headed back to Uwharrie again this week. Heading out in the morning (Tuesday, 6/13) and coming back Thursday night or Friday morning. So, again, if any of you can come play outside I'll be up there stumbling around.

Hard for me to say precisely how much lift OME springs provided on my Samurai. I would guess close to two inches, but I can't say for sure because my old stock springs had clownishly long shackles doing all the lifting (and plowing). Anyway, I took the before and after pics posted below. Maybe...

Day 2 of the really rough life out here at Uwharrie. Just finished off a big cast-iron-skillet breakfast of sausage, fried eggs, hash browns, and fresh coffee. Yes, it's rough out here ;) Two more days to go if any of you wanna come out and play.

Heading up to Uwharrie Monday evening or Tuesday morning (June 5 or 6) to camp and trail ride if anyone wants to tag along. Will be there through friday morning. Will probably camp below Art Lillie Campground again. Wanting to try some more difficult trails but prefer to not try it alone.

Squatch alert? Nope. But she did save me once again from someones wind-powered walmart bag that was obviously sneaking up on our camp, which is always a full-blown code 3 emergency situation in her world.
