I found a welder on craigslist Im going to buy today.  Seems like a good deal to me but i don't know much about them anything wrong with these?

 I dont know that model , but most of what Miller puts out is nice stuff . I am pretty sure you will like it once you get it dialed in . Whats the 1st project going to be ?

Was going to try it out tonight but i bought .035 flux core since i don't have a tank yet but the only tip i had was .030  :(
I'm thinking front bumper.

I got some tips welder seems to be working great if only i knew what i was doing i had never used a mig welder before its all new to me.

Take a class at the local community college. Best investment you can make.
UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear. HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall. TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

Did you get your welding helmet from Harbor Freight? If so Do NOT use it it is bad for your eyes!!

I did and haven't had any issues with it seems to work great no eye or head pain.

My welding teacher told me about people that used them and had major eye problems!!!!!  Good luck!

if it's miller blue...it's good stuff. i use hobart (owned and built by miller), but i've never flux core welded. get a tank...75/25%

i havn't used mine much but it does work very well on gas.. i've evan used it with stainless wire and co2
