Driveline &boot
Has anyone had a problem with their driveline boot ripping after small lift?
A  reputable vender told me that i should not use a drive line boot.  He said any lift causes the boot to rip, trapping in dirt.  I'm lifted maybe 2" with OME Springs and stock shakles.

I'm asking becuase I need a new driveline, and longer custom built drive lines seem to cost the same as OEM.  Im having a tough time deciding, and if the stock boot is just going to tare, I'll go with a aftermarket drive line.

No problem with the OEM boot tearing; this the genuine boot btw.

If you have to get a new driveline and currently use spacers, I would get the custom line and be done with it; eliminate the spacers.

Thanks.  I ended up busing a tom woods drive shaft.  I keep meaning to post a review of that.  Long story short it's beefy but heavy.
