Connecticut Land

I was wondering if there were any Connecticut people around on this site with any trail info for Connecticut???According to the D.E.P there are no legal offroad trails in Connecticut ..which by the really stinks in my opinion ..any info would be great ...i am getting tired of trying to sneak around just to get a little mudd on my truck...

I hear there is some private land in the Shelton area and there is also a place around Meriden  the area where the Northeast Offroad Guys have permission. There is some in Ma seeing you are up that far. We are also having an event in late August in Ma. Jim

Yea, CT is a pickle, no legal public places to go, its gotta be private land that you have the owners blessing to use.  The club i am in now, has access to one or two places in CT, but we have yet to run any of them this year.  We do a lot of runs up in MA. 

I'll post up here our next "meet and greet" run, which is open to everyone.

Thankyou for the input..I would be happy to go on a run with a few people to find new spots to go legaly ..Or just a spot to go legaly ..let me know when the runs are, and I will see if I can make it. I live pretty much on the Mass border so as long as I am not driving 200 miles to get to a trail im there ....
