So, yeah... one of the vendors at KOH '09 was a R/C guy. I was uber-impressed with this Summit R/C vehicle they were demoing. Some kids were there beating the [censored] out of 'em before my GF & I took the wheel. It was a blast to drive, has selectable F&R lockers (from the remote)

And... a price tag to match... $600ish with everything needed. A lot of fun, but for $600 I can get a doubler in my kick. Hopefully I can find something equally as fun, but within a  [black_s] owner's budget: http://www.towerhobbies.com/products/traxxas/trac38.html

no, it the new Traxxas Summit, it bigger than an e-maxx but made for crawling, they are super cool
