I tried to repair my '92 passenger side rear but after taking it apart and looking at it I just replaced the regulator for $60.  Power or Hand Crank?  Mine was power but a hand crank might be a lot easier to fix.

If power also watch out for the different sizes - Driver side is smaller

i had a problem with mine, one of the plastic pieces that guides the window up the track was cracked and window would go crooked till it jammed. It didnt look like it was "seviceable",i took the whole works out of my parts rig.real easy to change.2 screws and the window can be removed.a few more screws and the regulator, cables ect. can be removed.ill try to find the pics i took(i made a post about it) [red_s]
