At the moment, I have 15. I don't think there is room for too many more. I've been buying, selling and trading. It's worked out really well... The hobby has more than payed for itself!

I almost forgot about these...

Sunday, I was out in the garage.... fumbling through pieces of two tecumseh carburetors... trying to put one together for the 606. A good friend of mine stopped by and said that he was ready to sell some stuff. I had been trying to get a RJ off of him for about 8 years now... He said that he would sell it to me, so we jumped in our trucks and headed to his place. Here's what I brought home!

After we got done loading everything, we went out back to look around and I spotted a 1045. It now lives at my house.

They are pretty rare. There were only 1100 of them made. I now have three...  8)

I still have yet to see an old one around here (not popular in this area???).  See a few 80's and up models.

Same here. I think if I were to head up to northern Ct I would see some. Farm country up there. One of the biggest collection I have seen of tractors is on the road to OBX. I think it is Route 13 or 113. I was going to stop and take some pix this past Aug but never got to it. Jim

I do know there is a lot of them in CT. There are several guys on the WH forum that are from CT.

Also, there seems to be LOADS of them in PA and New York.

Find out their towns if you think of it. There are some Zuki guys that live in farm country. Jim

I know one of them is in Sherman...

The B-80 is DONE!

I made a trip to town to get some screws for the headlight lens and some traction tape for the footboards... ALL of our hardware stores are closed on sunday. So, I went to wal-mart and found the screws and these...

Worked out much better than traction tape!

Once everything else was done, my lovely wife came out and put the decals on. She never ceases to amaze me!

The sun was shining, so outside she went for some pics!

Here's what I started with...

Here's my latest creation...

The psychobilly horse... A tribute to Johnny Cash.  8)

I built it using parts from SEVERAL different years of Wheel Horses... Anywhere from 1960 to 1990. Just like the song about the Cadillac "one piece at a time"

Build time was just over one week. Start to finish.
