You can't just use adapter plates for the rear of the spring and use stock shackles?  I have done some research on this but i may have misunderstood some thing.
I'm planing on doing a RUF with OME springs in the back in a few months.

I think it would be very hard for the stock shackles to reach the new position of the springs. It might just be possible but if you look at the pics, the shackles stick out quite a bit because of the extra length of the rears.

I would just try to do it with stock shackles and if you don't like the new angle or they don't reach, simply put some longer shackles on. Making the shackles is pretty easy so I don't think it's something to really worry about.

If you use adapter like us you cant move the springs more to the back coz you center angle could be affected and you can broke your tires.
is 2 ways to dot like us with long shackles or M/L.
regards.

I just got back from my first wheeling trip with CJ/RUF.  The flex it great, and the ride a bit smoother, but I am very disappointed with the way it steered.  Right turns were OK, but left turns not so much.  The shackles flexed and pushed the entire axle over instead of turning the wheel.  A panhard bar is in the near future.

I believe they are too long to run without either the plates or M/Ls. Jim
You have to run at least a missing link system with the cj springs.

I called trailtough today to ask for some tech support before I broke out the tools.  Brent told me the following:

Take the long bones shackles off the front and run the short ones.  the long shackles provide to much leverage and allow the axle to flex farther.

Replace the front bushing with polyurethane bushings.

Replace the frame side bushings with STEEL SLEEVED polyurethane bushings.  He heavily stressed steel sleeved.

Panhard bar is not recommended.  leaf springs move the axle front to rear under normal travel and flex.  a panhard bar moves it left to right.  under heavy flex it will cause binding issues.

He then went on about how when the passenger wheel is drooped the distance between the tire and the pitman arm increases, but the drag link does not.  therefore in this situation the vehicle will still have very limited turning radius to the right.

It is just my 02 but if you are spoa with the CJ combo and run on the street. You do want a pan hard bar. It makes a night and day difference in how well the zook handles. As for off road. I never had any issues. I have run this set up on all my samurais. This is a vid of mine flexing. Every thing works fine. You can build your own pan hard for about 40.00 and if you are not happy with it. It only takes a few minutes to remove. Personally. I will always have one on any spoa I do. There is that much to gain I think. Just my opinion.  ;D
