Well, that's a familar sight... (wiring) I applaud you for doing it yourself! I did a 16-valve harness by myself and found it VERY rewarding when I turned the key and it roared to life...  8)

You're going to LOVE the 2.0... AWESOME engine!  [thumbsup]

I hope your right! I think it will be perfect. I gained quite a bit of HP and didnt gain much weight!

I have a buddy who has been a GM tech for about 30 years and wiring is what he does best. Needless to say he is helping me quite a bit.

The only thing i am worried about is...what will the extra HP break? I doubt that it will take too long to find out! ;D

It already has 30 spline longfields in the front but, the rear is all stock.

My gut feeling is that the R&Ps will be the weak link. Only time will tell ;D

I got my flywheel sometime last week and spent all day yesterday in my shop working on the trapper. The motor is in and bolted to the tranny but, i havent welded any motor mounts in yet. Also, the upper control arms are going to have to be moved toward the outside of the axle or the oil pan is going to get crushed to death. It looks like the radiator will have pleanty of room and not be a problem. I should have some updates coming soon.

Here is what it looks like.

Put a new cam sensor on it last night and it fired right up. Now i have to mount a radiator and do about 2000 other things and it will be ready to roll!

Yeah, mine had the connector broke off. I think it was that way when i got it, but it would not even think about running. Once i put the new one on it it might have turned over 2 times and it fired right up. Just hearing it run gives me some motivation to get it done! I am really curious to see how the 2.0 does? I am hoping that it is a ripper!
