Thanks,,but wish I would have went 4-door and SAS like you guys. Maybe if/when I move back to Canada, with my language barrier down here the more bolt on the better. Lots of fabricating would be a huge pain to have done.

Well I did a test fit the other night with a buddy’s well worn 38.5x14.50 swampers (measured 36.5” tall) on 15x10, 2.5” BS wheels, and the tire rubbed on the rock slider and fender a tad…  :( a buddy is telling me a 37x12.50 on 15x8 wheel wont rub, but i am scared now.

So I made the decision to buy some 15x8, 2.5” BS wheels from 4wheel parts and some 35” BFG MT KMs I found locally a guy had that were brand new. This will let me see how the new backspacing is gonna do with a 35, and then I can decide if when these wear out I can clear some 37s with these wheels.

This is the wheel I have wanted for some time, so I think it is the one I will stick with. It is a Soft 8 Pro Comp. they are now makin them with 2.5” BS. When the time comes to upgrade, I will just add some weld on beadlocks to the wheel and I should be set.

So I am stuck with 35s for now, which is ok, cause that is plenty tall enough for what I do, but I really wanted to wheel some 37s. :D and i am in the wheels and tires for the cost of new 35" BFG MTs had i bought both from 4wheel parts.

If it looks like the 37s will not clear later, I will lower my truck back down an inch or so to get my COG back low again. it will only take buying one more pair of springs, instead of 2.

Which springs are you gettting rid of now then?

Did you already sell those 14" 175lbers?

Mine is a 2 door, i`d only want 150 or lower I`d think.  I do have a winch and a diesel in mine. maybe 175 would work better up front..

Do you take it on the rocks often?

Still have the 175s. Guy is wanting them just hasn't paid yet. If I swap the springs it will be the 18 150s in the rear and exchange it for the 16s same rate.

Haven't been on the rocks yet since new springs. This weekend will be the first trip with these new mods

Is the ride with the 150`s considerably different then with the 175`s?
