with the 33" tires on it now, how much of a lift would you say the Trail Slayer Kit gave you tracker.....

right now im running a front ifs drop, and rear has 4" cheeroke lift springs (so i would say between 8-10" of lift from a stock tracker), right now i run 35" tires (but i have to go down to 33s) keep busting wheel bearings...

but i would love to have the slayer kit, i just wanna know if im gonna loose some height....
that and i have found a place with a plethera of 79-95 toyota 4X4 parts...

i think the amount of lift i gained suspension only was about 6-7". cause with tire lift and all, i am sitting about 10" taller than stock. i think that is what my measurements gave me.

well after riding this kit for a few months now, about the only thing i would like to see added is bump stops. i know brent says the bumpstops on the shocks serve as bump stops, but

1) i dont trust it. i would like to see some real bump stops added to assist the shocks
2) if the bumpstops on the shocks are fine, then it REALLY limits you to the type of shocks you can run.

other than that, the kit is great so far! great road manners!

i picked up a 2wd tranny last night. i plan on using this and a sami case in the rig now. i have scrapped the dual cases idea. i will run stock case on it for now, then later decide what gear i want to run in it... i have a tracker shaft to use for the intermediate and i have a yota DC shaft to use in the rear. all i lack are the tcase arms and front shaft.

i am also thinking of selling my aluminum wheels with similated beadlocks so i can get a 16 or 17 inch wheel. that is still in the air tho...

the clutch died on me the other day, so the truck is at the shop now and we are waiting on the new clutch to arrive to start the 2wd tranny and sami tcase install. gonna run the stock tcase arms now till i can afford the spidertrax arms and ebrake and 6.5:1 gears.

also planning on cutting the fenders out to clear some 37" iroks and getting the bumpers built while it is there. also got some side tubes to get installed on the sliders, and may pull the chunk out to get a spool installed in the rear too.

i think so... for the price you cant beat em. i know a LOT of people that love iroks, and a LOT of people that dont... i will just have to run them for a while on mine to get my own opinion... but no more extreme than i go on the trails, i dont think i will have a problem. no need for a sticky comp tire. plus i want to run it on the street some without wearing the tires out after a couple thousand miles like i think would happen with a super sticky comp tire...
