:D

well, tonight i got the front axle squared to within about 1/16". i also got the rear axle centered and squared to the front axle to within about 1/8, and 3/16 respectively.  is that close enough to run? or do i need to be closer?

thanks
joe

thanks! this truck rides great with the new kit on it! it is a little stiffer than stock, so there is little body roll, even with about 8" of lift. i set the toe and camber to what brent suggested in the instructions and have no wobble.

well i got frustrated with the eldorado calipers so i went and bought some monte carlo calipers... they are still soft, but now i dont have to worry about getting them adjusted properly... ;D

after zuwharrie, i am gonna start the search for a drum brake setup i think. i just dont want to fool with swapping master cylinders on a daily driven rig. besides, the front brakes with drums will be PLENTY strong enough... i want an ebrake. :(

looks great Joe! One questions what did you use for diff gears? 5.72's? How does it perform on the road with the 35" tires?

i used 5.29 front and rear. the tires i am running are 33s, not 35s. it does fine on the road, but could definately use lower gears or more power to help with the hills. ;D
