I had the opportunity to wheel with Art and spend a day with him.I hoped to again in the Fall.
I  Admired him and looked up to him because he was a Great example of what a man should be. That is why so many people looked up to him. Art Lilley IS a great Man and Forever will be.
  I will miss him .

he was a great example of what a man should be.

That sums Art up better than any words that could be said right there.  :\\'(

i just found out from Madbob and i still am in shock as well  as most of you. i am still in  decompression mode from getting back from Iraq and this hits too hard. my heart and prayers go to his family. Art was a fine example of what every soldier should look up to and emulate. God bless him and his family.

Like many folks on this site I knew Art through posts and PM's only however, I felt like I knew him.

I am at work just staring at my monitor in disbelief with what feels like a softball lodged in my throat. Once again we are reminded of just how fleeting life is. My condolenses to his family.

Like the rest of you... I'm going to need a little time to take this in and deal with it.  :(

I can't believe it, I don't even know what to say.
At first I couldn't believe it when Dan (JerseyZuks) called and told me about it, I had to log on and confirm it.
Art, you and your family are in my prayers.
We missed you this spring, I had hoped to hear some interesting stories this Fall, I just can't believe it.
