ok, This is a cumulative post of all the work i have done, and all the work i will do to my sami...

I started with my sami with rearched springs and my used 4.16 tcase and 31" swampers...

then i washed it and put a Central Ms Suzuki Association sticker on it... ;D

But that was just the beginning. The bug had bitten and it was starting to itch. so i scratched it. and put on some shackles from Bama Zuk...

Then Joe S. cut the hinges for me and almost lost his thumb. ;D

Next up was some sliders

After that was some light tabs from Sky Mfg

More to come... ;D

What can I say but Thanks! I sure appreciate the cudos. Glad to see Joe can still hitchhike properly. That happened to me last year only the cut off blade hit the bone in my thumb and pushed my thumb away from the blade. LOL right about the same place as Joe's ruined glove. Just another scar for doing what I like to do for a hobby.

I am very surprised LOL... most folks who put them on take them right back off. I predict that it won't be long before the longer shackles push the ends of the springs down and you lose most of your lift. Meanwhile, your positive castor will be lost and the Zuk will "wander" at speed. But I'm sure you did a search for "shackle lift" and are already aware of these facts.

Always nice to see a zuk get built up.  Nice rig you have there, and good work.  Im broke also, and my build took alittle bit at a time.. nice thing about doing a zuk....  you can build it with less $$ money than alot of other rigs out there.

Brett the rig is coming along very nicely, and I should be back up in no time to help out.  I agree with Joe the CMSA sticker is the best mod yet!  Great people we choose to hang around us!  Great work guys.   [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

Not really just kinda did it, but as for loosing the lift joe s. thinks it should be fine due to the stiffness of the rearch add a leaf lift.  But this is just a temporary lift until i get everything else done and decide what suspension set up i will go with????
