Looks like a whole lot of bolting up, and not too much welding.

It looks like a really nicely put together kit.  I wonder what the labor time is.

I would bet that it could be installed in a weekend if you already had the axles ready to go. There is still a good bit of welding required on the axles to mount the control arms, coil buckets, and shock mounts. I think it looks like a high quality setup though. Very nice! 8)

WoW!  That is awesome...  The wait is over.  ;D  :D  ;D   Wooo HOOO

Way to go Brent!

Now for the beginning of the 1 million questions....

1.  Drive shafts?  Stock?
     Rat adapters?
What about the slip yokes, Slip yoke eliminators?   Not necessary?

2.  The Hi steering is a nice addition.  How do the stock pump and box hold up?  Would one need to modify or change the pump or add a cooler to the stock system.

3.  Is the top bar in the picture above the links a Pan Hard / Trac bar?

4.  Axles, I like the Toyotas.  I'm running them with stock 4.11 gears in the Sammy buggy with 12:1 @ t-case.  Anyway to offer a similarly priced Big Suzanna DIYS front using an extra rear Kick 3rd and the stock kick rear axle...  I'm sure this idea has been considered over at TT and end result might be more expensive.

5.  I'm still struggling to over come the high range road gearing hurdle.   Gearing a Kick to push 35's down the Hwy has been difficult.   (Kick High Range T-case is 1:1 unlike the Sammy)

Wonder what the ride height is?
What size tires can i run without any trimming or rubbing?

Wish it was cheaper but seems to have a good price.

well the green rig is mine and it is a kick [censored] machine. Trail Tough has made a winner(as always) as far as the slip yoak, the lower arms on both the front and back are mounted on the same verticle plane as the output of the transfer case. this allowes about 1/2 to 3/4 " in and out movement as the axle travels thru its cycle. beleive me, it was a concern for me(the only one) but i have had the rig on the RTI ramp and in ditches and i have never seen it slip more than 1/2 " out.
every time i take it wheeling i'm more amazed at how awesome the suspension works. when crossing a ditch 3'wide x 3' deep the body roll is sooooo minimal, it is rediculous. i came from a sammy w/ yj's to this, and i had to lern how to drive all over.
if you have any questions feel free to ask me. or call the man, brent.
jason

P.S. a guy a couple town away is in the process of putting this kit under a X90. i think he gonna have to cut the fenderwells a little though

What tire size are you running?  What is your current gearing in the Yota axles?
