rat traps are evil, I really don't understand why people are scared of clipless, I've been riding MTB with clipless for 10+ years and I remember one time when I had a problem, when I first got them. Even when crashing I still come disconnected. Rat traps on the other hand... evil

I still have scars on both shins from my old "Bear Trap" style pedals from when I rode BMX.

I hear that.  I have 3 scars on my shin I should of had stitched but didn't.  So no now the skin tissue on them is so thin I break it open just running into the coffee table.  It came from me being stupid and riding off a roof but thats another story  :P

my fiance got me a couple pairs of egg beaters for my bday, one for the road bike one fo the MTB. They're awsome, a little on the loose side but man they're easy to use.

super easy to rebuild too, i keep breaking them (I'm a light weight too, ride too hard?) but i keep buying them cuz they're the best i've found. my friend swears by flat top pedals though i don't under stand him.

is he a trials guy? They always run flat pedals. I don't ride hard any more, in fact I'm just lazy, MTB videos make me want to get out there and make my own because I know some of the stuff out here could make peoples jaw drop.

Specilized Stump Jumper FSR, the only pics Ican think of are when it's packed in the back of my Xterra ready to go ot Utah, I'll see if I can find some better ones.

My and My Fiance are going to Lake Tahoe and Brian Head Utah for our Honeymoon, we'll probably have some pictures when we get back :D
