Ok, i noticed my flex fan was hitting my crank pulley today, the pump isnt leaking obviously the bearing is shot, Im wondering do i really have to pull the crank pulley? or can i take out the bolts for the timing belt cover and slide it out, also do i have to take off the tensioner pulley for the timing belt? i just snagged one off my old motor and it was a piece of cake getting it out because the motor was out, but with the motor in and all my acc hooked up. any shotcuts? i noticed i didnt have to take the tensioner bolt all the way out just enough for the little metal triangle piece  to slide down enough to get to the last bolt. thanks guys!  O and  now i see why people do timing belts when they do a WP.

nope. it sucks but the water pump housing actualy holds the timing belt tentioner. its probably time to change the timing belt anyway. if you set it to top dead center before you take the belt off and dont rotate the engine until you put the new belt on, it sure makes life allot easier. please dont start another timing thread. [worried] ;D

its a 30 minute job. well, for some of us :D
