If I were to run up from VA and arrive 8-9am Sat morning and Drive back Sat night / Sun mrning... 

What sign up / pay / dinner / raffel info would I need? 

 Is the event and ride at the Park (2) seperate events...    (Seperate Fee / Seperate locations)?

the campground(whichever one they choose) is a couple miles away....but why only come for one day, there is some sick rocks to wheel at paragon ;)

Doubt I can get away for 2-3 days, but if I can I will.   Might can talk the fam into letting me away for the day.
