This year for GZ we are looking at "new" campgrounds

choices are:

    * Adventure Park Campground Paragon Adventure Park Primitive Camping Only, $5 per night
    * 81-80 RV Park and Campground (570) 788-3382 Route 309 North (Church Street) Open all year long!
    * Red Ridge Camp Ground (570) 384-476010 Minutes from Paragon, closed during Winter
    * Moyers Grove Camp Ground (570) 379-3375 Exit 155 off I-81

Paragons out as far as I'm thinking So any one know anthing about the other two (81-80 & Moyers)Huh  www.81-80rvpark.com looks nice.  No www for Moyers   :( I did call 81-80 place and it looks like they want about the same as Red rige $10 per site/ per person They don't have a pavilion but they do have a pool   :D Which might not to bad in Aug.
 Anyone what to add there $0.02

Any hopes on bargaining for a group rate?

I was REALLY hoping to do a lot better than $10 per night per person, that would be an expensive weekend for a family of 5

For Got Mud with the ZR2 group we always stayed at the Mt Pocono Campground.  They were always good to us.  Only downside is that they are about 45 min from the park.

I'm still working on that part.

www for Moyers http://www.moyerscg.com/index.htm  ;)

The only campground i've stayed at in the area has been Locust Lake State Park but they don't have a group camping section. :(

I don't care where we stay as long as it is close to paragon and not more than $10 a person a night.  I would be great if we could get under $10.

I have to say I'm thinking about 80-81 place.  They have pool which in Aug. should be real nice after a day of wheeling. ;D  As for the price I'm off work next week and will have it done by the end of next week.

My vote is for the one that has the heighest elevation and has no streams flowing through our tents  ;)

Actually, the closest one with showers (to wash off the black coal dirt) would be fine with me even if it costs $5 more....we'd probably save at least that in fuel after 2-3 days of driving back and forth.
