Guess that means I need to let him listen to my kind of music. ;) He's going fishing with me next year, maybe that will help some. ;D I'd take him hunting but I don't hunt.

Reminds me of a time when a friends band was playing at a battle of the bands. He said to teh audience, "We don't play emo, we don't like emo, but we know that everyone here likes emo, so we'll try."  ;D Emo just doesn't cut the mustard for me. Sure a song should be emotional, but whining about girls dumping you isn't the most sophicticated way to express someone's feelings.  ;)

Ian McKay!!!!! or some social distortion, bad religion, etc, etc.

I would have to agree.... My musical taste includes just about everything. But they are pretty bad. Just an opinion though. Maybe I'm biased because I used to play bass and guitar in a couple different bands.

This next on is for you N.C. folks, ever hear of "unknown hinson"? If you "get it" then it's cool www.unknownhinson.com

Nickelback has a couple of good songs but for the most part their music sounds all the same. Give me some Pantera,System of a Down, Mudvayne, and old metal like Sabbath anyday.
