A couple more shots now at ride height, ......

seems like a good spot for this info.....not being a smarty pants, just seen an article by Bill Vista and he clearly explains the difference. I'm kind of a wierdo when it comes to wanting to use correct tech terms. Anyway...carry on...hi jack over  ;D

Ride height applies to shocks, chasis height (or lift) applied to vehicles.

Ride height - Ride height is simply a statement of the travel of the shock absorber desired when the vehicles weight is set upon it. It has nothing to do with how high the vehicle itself sits, how much clearance between frame and axles there is, how much "lift" it has or anything like that. It is simply an expression of how many inches the shock shaft is inside the shock cylinder with the vehicles weight is on the shock. In that way, it is also a measure of the number of inches of "droop" available from that shock.

Chasis Height - Commonly called "lift" when applied to vehicles that once had a defines stock oem starting point, the term Chasis Height better applies to buggies and the like that never had a stock spec from which to deviate. It refers to how high a vehicle sits, how high it's chasis is above the ground. There is no common standard reference for measuring this, but the term is useful in a qualitative sense, and must be distinguished from "ride height"

I probably missed it but is the slot / pivot for adjustments, or to allow the axle to move under articulation? if it's the later the material looks to be a little thin on the back side.  just something to watch, maybe.

Here is the pic of the pivot for the arm.

This is an incredible build.  You leave nothing to the imagination.  All works and welds appear superb.  What kind of estimate money-wise does a suspension like this run if I do the install and just buy your fabbed pieces?
I would like to put this on my 88. :o
Could you give a little more information on how this machine is going to be used when it is finished?

Really awesome reading and viewing!!!!!!!!

When this truck is finished and we start to make kits they will be stages to complete kits everything you need. The full kit will run in the $2800 range. More then comp but We feel it will succeed in a couple area's 1) strength and performance 2) looks.I could make kits with regular tube and they would work but as a rule we generally take things allot further in the thought process, of performance and LOOKS COOL.. LOL

As far as how this rig performs and what its intentions are.. 1) trails and dunes, maybee some Florida swamps. Allot of hunting at night.

we will not be making the kits until after the work load of this truck is completed  and everything test out. Then we will start up some production and getting the large pc. made and on the shelf. If someone was seriously interested in a kit like this I would suggest calling us to make arrangements.
