Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a jerk, I'm just running a little behind on sleep,  These all night wrench fests can be brutal.

OK here is the mockup for ride height. This allows the rig to stay low and still have 3.5" uptravel. So it should be pretty stable.

Shock laying in place

All the rock joint center balls back from being cadium plated for corrosion resistance.

Yes with a few subtle changes. One we USE a top end 95 durometer uerothane, and insted of heat treating the center ball we start off by using a better steel 1050 prehard. Much better then heat treated 1018. The joints are fully rebuildable also.

Hey all pre hard is great stuff it won't wear thru like post hardened parts do. No matter what someone tells you the hardened part is only a few thou thick. Pre hard is all the way thru. Props to Scott for top end material.

Thanks
Wayne

Ps I'll take a dozen when you get them ready

Nice those look strong.  Is it just a 2 link in the rear like it looks, or will a upper be added?  Those arms look beefey.  Probally allot harder to make those arms look like this:

Got bent? ::)

DUDE how in the Hell did you do that....  As far as our setup. It is a 2 link with panhard front and rear. What you dont see in the pics Cause I am not done is the axle bracket will have the slip built into it instead of the slip in the arm Like RRO kit not that there is anything wrong with it. We are just doing it different.

Yeah I really don't know how I bent it.  I put my Hard top on the other day, and I stood back looking at it, nad then it took a sec, and I was like...... [smiley=headscratch.gif]

I got a new one on the way, but I think I might need to get bigger material, I guess 1.5" x  3/16" wall DOM tubing isn't big enough.   ::)  I think I might build custom arms, and stretch the wheelbase some.  You wouldn't be interested in building me some custom arms would you Scott?
