I am a newbie around here-Who is Jim?

Jim at Shrockworks.  He'll modify his stock parts to suit your needs.  Great guy to work with, as are Scott and Bob at Rock4x.  Talented and honest craftsmen.

THose are the Jeep wrangler rears cut to fit. If you order them from Brent at TT I think he has a jig to cut them for you for a small fee.

yeah i thought they might be um problem im in Australia so i dont know Brent and i dont know what TT is either

but thats all i really needed to know is if they were jeep ones and if they were easy to mount once cut to size

is it only the length that needs to change ??

and are they much wider than standard zook flares??

They are pocket flares and are easy to mount as the hardware is exposed .

Brent is 1/2 of TT aka TrailTough .

Jim is a great guy, real nice to talk to.  He is one vendor who really works with the customers to give them what THEY want, not what he thinks they want.  example:

this is his kick he is building:

sorry about the hijack,

More progress on the suspension parts. Took longer then we thought. to get the machining done for the molds.

new Rock joint body center sphere

our first 20 poored cavity molds for the joint

right and left side sphere cups pulle3d from the mold perfect fit this time. The first ones we did, we did not take into account enough for shrinkage of the material so they were all to small. so another day in mold making 101 went by. LOL

machined frame side braket for link attachment

assembled before weld

after weld cleanup

The cavitys in the frame bracket take into account for the Rock joint width.
they can either be bolted in place or rosette welded and then profile welded to the side of the frame.
More pics later

let me interpilate

at less then a percent and at $1.00 less then a star equaling a pound X(percent divided by a percent)

you got one of the vowels wrong
 @^%&@$^*#%*%

is

at raised to the power of a percent and at dollar raised to the power of the multiple of a pound percent multiplied by a percent

Stay tuned tonight, To see some cool [censored] we busted our hump to finish the overall design on the new arms... Threw things back and forth pros cons for quite awhile while nailing down the design. But these arms you will see are the $h!T. well my opinion anyway.

Well I didnt get them all finished but you get the idea. I have to make a jig to set the rock joints in place (tomorrow) and do some finish weld and grind smooth.
Making them on the mill

all holes sleeved and welded from the inside

laying on floor waitng for the rock joints to get welded on
