NAT is "Network Address Translation".  It hides multiple private IP addresses behind a single public one, allowing you to share the connection between multiple computers.

Some modems have this built in - you can take the modem, plug it into a hub, and connect multiple computers to it.  If you have this type of modem and connect it to a router, it will cause problems unless you disable NAT on the modem.

Try clearing the cache . Internet options ,There is keyboard shortcut to but I can't remember it.

I tried everything and it still doesn't work. The only thing I can do is use a personalized picture. It won't let me upload my own picture.  When I try to go back to do it my old picture comes up.
