All most all the vendors  That specialize in Suzuki's  on here    have rebuile kits that have all the parts you  should need.    Check their web site's.     I went with Petroworks kit  but  they're local  and  have good products and service.

you'll need the large spindle nut socket..

I completely rebuilt my knuckles and bearings with the use of the above tutorial. Read thru it before you start. It's easy work, but messy. You'll be proud you accomplished it, though.

Get the proper bearing preload by using the factory service manual.

I bought a thin wall 2" socket (or was it 50mm? - can't recall) from Sears for $5.99 for the spindle nut. Maybe check for that.

Chris,
I would pull both sides apart. Clean & check the bearings, clean & check the races. If there worn out you'll want to replace them. Not to hard to knock out the races and replace them.

While your hubs are apart you could look into your knuckles as well. If your felts are bad its a good time to swap them out. Same with cleaning and re greasing there bearing as well.

Your hubs would be cheaper to clean up and rebuild as well. If there bad its easy to find spare parts for them. That IZook write up is good stuff.

This way you buy what you need instead of the hole kit. Hope this helps..

I bought the whole kit and didn't use the wheel bearings. My kingpin bearings were rusted out, tho. Nice to have new felts and seal in, tho. I feel alot better about water crossings.

thanks for all the replys guys, but yeah i gave the izook a quick look over and it looks to be very informative ive personally never messed with axles this will be my first but i do have some mechiancal skill and a buddy who knows his stuff helping. But yeah ill prob end up buying a kit from one of the vendors cause i do need to redo the felts on the passenger side and i know i have everything i need.  Only thing i cant decide on is the hubs i have parts to rebuild but my zuk sees alot of water which leads to me cleaning and redoing them more often than id like would warn or superwinch hubs solve this or would i still need to keep on top of them with the maintenance?
