Will be starting with the four 1150's I have had. All six secondary injectors will be stock 450cc injectors for now. The fuel pump is a Magna Fuel ProStar EFI SQ MP-4103.

Just thought I would share something that is a little different that you don't usually get to see.

I hope so. Initial testing last year on my friend's daughter's car went well with a 10 injector setup. Aside from melting a hole in the head.  But I like to play conservative(yea, 500hp on the factory 1.6L) and do everything I can to keep the motor in one piece. I am putting 4 EGT sensors in this time around to make sure I am on point with the tune. I have an array of sensors, but having that data will be invaluable.

But yes, the goal is to haul more [censored] than it ever has.

The interesting part is that most of the physics and general practice is directly applicable to the Suzuki 1.6L 16v.  While no one is building a Suzuki 1.6L bottom end to take 500HP.  Delivering power through something other then the most economical Grocery getter OEM fuel & spark mapping would be welcome.

But no one here wants to play and custom live fuel / ignition mapping software isn't popular for our application.

What are you running?

Last I read up on it the Mega Squirt kits were popular.  Back then I believe they had just gotten into the ignition side of the equation.

I'm sure alot has changed since then.

Well fantastic news. Got the car started today. I am 98% done with this round. I have to clean the wiring up a little and bleed the cooling system. After that, we begin the next large project. Parts are on order for that.

Here is the worst video of your life.
