I rode them on the 8 hr hwy trip to Uwharrie and back averaged just under 70 on the hwy with the family in the 98 2-dr kick.

No issues.

I have had my ltb's for about a year, and they ride all right for a bias tire. But they are hard to balance if not impossible for some of these tires. A cheap offroad tire that is soft and aggresive is beneficial, but being made in china may affect some of their quality control.

Its an offroad tire on the street.  Its not going to ride like a passenger tire or even an A/T tire.  Bias ply and soft, they will wear faster than a normal tire.  However, on a light vehicle like a Samurai, it will wear better than on a fool size truck.

I bought a brand new set once. When I had them mounted, the tire guy told me they could not be balanced.  :(  He said the balancing machine was calling for more than seven ounces of weight per tire. I don't know how anyone could get a set to run 70 mph on the highway without using Dynabeads, BBs or something similar to balance them. Mine also flat spotted real bad after sitting overnight.

I don't really care about balance....I ran on my tsl's unbalanced...they floated and a samurai doing more than 60 on 34s is scary I just wanted to know the wear characteristics on a small light samurai

Mine were unbalanced, but rode smooth (smooth for any 4wd comparing to a computer balanced 31" Street radial)

Not comparing it to my Wife's Acura TL...

Mine flat spot when sitting but all biased tires I've owned do.

One of my SX's took 23 ounces of weight to balance out  :o
