doing som more math on a 4 link setup i plan to build.
after doing the math, ive found that the lower trailing arms on the 4 link could be up to 50" if i wanted them to be because of the length my rear drive shaft could be. i could go shorter, because i would never need that much travel, but it would make designing my 4 link a little easier to keep them long. anyone know if the length would be exsesive. this is for a 130" wheelbase rig. and the axles could be coming from a full sized truck. say dana 60s or roundabout that size. so heavy axles could be part of the problem. any ideas?
