Thanks ~ I'll check HF for the 4" Diamond wheels.  ;)

I'm not done with the bad motor yet.  Just still working on finishing the install on the good one. 

JB set up great on the old block.  Now it looks like just the head is cracked / no water in oil if drop level below head.   

My Manifold braze set up well (Cup brush) + I've got another boat manifold to try.   

Might even incorperate the gas grill on teh next one.

ALSO I just ran across a case of my Wifes Grandfathers Temp crayons for brazing. 

Her aunt gave them to me knowing they were with his welding equiptment but thinking they were white stone.

I use a silicon bronze brazing rod and a pink paste flux. I also have an inline fluxer that adds flux to the acetylene.
You can easily burn the rod and the flux giving poor results. You can also use boraxo as a flux. When the flux starts to liquefy you cans start applying the rod. The temp crayons I have never used. The temp crayons would be best use for the preheating of the part. There is also some flux coverered rod that works well.
