Giving credit where due, Greg conducted the interview. I just moved it here. Apologies for the delays, we're working on getting things back on track, though. I never realized how much you guys looked forward to this!  ;)

Congratulations for winning the August 2009 Zuwharrie Owner Of the Month. How does it feel being honored along with the past winners?

It's really an honor to be included with all the great people that have won in the past.

Before we get into the interview, tell us who you are & where you live ...and how your dad affords your food and zuk parts bill .

LOL .My name is Dylan and I just turned 12 in May.  I live in a small town in Northwestern South Carolina named Honea path.  I have no idea, Dad pumps lots of Poo I guess.  LOL  .   I would also like to thank ZOR aka Myron for being a sponsor this year.

How old were you when  you got your first Zuk? How about your firstzuk ride ?

I got my first zuk for Christmas in 06, the best present I ever got.  I guess I got my first sammi ride when I was 6 weeks old in the first sammi my Dad (Durnzuki) had.  I have spent LOTS of time in one since then.

You have sort of grown up on the Zu , what does the near future hold for you ?

Just trying to improve my driving skills so maybe one day I can be be a professional driver.

What else do you do for fun ?

I do alot of online gaming and spend too much time on the computer.  I also like to work on the zuki so I can learn more about it.

So what makes the Samurai so special to you?

I just love the zuki's since they are the first car I have had , and they do so great on the trails.

Your ability to destroy a samurai is legendary , is it a heavy foot or is it your spotter ?

Maybe a little bit of both LOL . If you break stuff it just means you need to upgrade to better parts and try harder.

How many Zu events have you made it to now ?

I think I have been to 8 or 9. I missed a couple but I am on a streak right now.

What is your best Zu event memory?

Going up Rocky Mount in 2wd with my dad in the back seat.  I almost bounced him out a couple of times.

I have seen the pictures of you running the comps this summer . What other 4x4 or Zuk events have you attended ?

Mud boggs all over the state and 6 different 4wd Jambores.  I am wanting to go to Jellico this year if I can.

Now for a hard one, what about the Zuwharrie Event would you like to see changed? (Be as honest as you can)

More people there from all over the country,  like some of the guys from out west.

What is it about the Zuwharrie.com BBS that brings you back for more?

All the great people that are willing to help out anytime even if they dont know you.

What would you like to see changed on the BBS?

LOTS more activity and more kids on the ZuKids.

Any words of wisdom for us as we end this interview ?

FLOOR IT!!! And reverse is for wimps .
